Just email us and let us know whether you would like to exchange the gift or receive a Credit Note for the item’s value.
How to return a Gift
Please return the product to us in it’s original condition within 10 days of receipt, including a copy of your receipt, and we will replace, exchange, provide a credit note or in the case of faulty items and you do not want an exchange, we will refund your purchase using the original payment method.
Please note items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging to qualify for our gift guarantee and exchanges offer.
