Returns & Exchanges
We offer great quality gifts but sometimes the items may have been damaged or are not up to the quality we accept. We will offer a exchange or credit note option.
If you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact us on 09 442 1117 or email@example.com
Just email us and let us know whether you would like to exchange the gift or receive a credit note for the item’s value.
Please note: If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk. If you wish to return an undamaged item for exchange please notify us at 09 442 1117 or firstname.lastname@example.org
How to return a Gift
Please return the product to us in it’s original condition within 14 days of receipt, including a copy of your receipt, and we will replace, exchange, provide a credit note or in the case of faulty items and you do not want an exchange, we will refund your purchase using the original payment method.
Please note items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging to qualify for exchange or credit note.
